Privacy notice
Juyoung Kim operates Survey Workflow Automation and is the contact for questions about the limited business-contact information described below.
What information is used
For business enquiries and carefully reviewed business-to-business outreach, records may include an organization name, website, country, business contact name and role, business email address, the public source URL, messages, replies, and email-preference status.
Where it comes from
Contact details are obtained from public business sources, such as an organization’s own website, or supplied directly by the contact. Purchased address lists and automated address harvesting are not used.
Why it is used
The information is used to assess whether a recurring survey workflow may be relevant, answer enquiries, manage a limited conversation, and respect objections. Outreach is considered only where the recipient type, jurisdiction, source, relevance, and applicable consent or lawful basis have been recorded.
Legal basis and limits
Where applicable, processing may rely on consent or a documented legitimate-interests assessment. These grounds are not assumed to apply everywhere. Recipients in an unknown jurisdiction, or where required conditions are not documented, remain on hold.
Retention and suppression
Inactive prospect records are reviewed at least every 12 months and deleted when no longer needed. A minimal suppression record may be retained so that an opt-out is not accidentally reversed.
Your choices
To stop future outreach, reply “No” or “Unsubscribe” to the email you received, or email hello@survey.whyittrends.com. Requests to access, correct, or delete applicable personal information can be sent to the same address.
Website technology
No analytics or advertising cookies are used on this website. There is no contact form, tracking pixel, or browser-side script.
